Arve Gravdal is the company founder and inventor of the unique technology Maiken Foods build their RAS on. Gravdal is a qualified aquacultural engineer and founder of an international patent for land-based fish farming. He has had several managerial engagements in several land-based aqua cultural projects in Europe, Africa and USA.
Nicolai Høstan
COO, Board member
Nicolai Høstan started his financial career in 2005 and worked for 15 years with equities and derivatives in one of the largest banks in the Nordic region. Has subsequently registered a health and environmental fund and participated in several company structures. Studied finance at the Norwegian Business School.
Maja M. Lundmark
Marketing, Board member
Maja M. Lundmark is originally from Sweden. She has lived in Norway for 15 years where she started her career with W.B. Samson as marketing- and sales manager. She is presently chairman of the board and managing director at Spar Grupp 1 which was originally founded by Lundmark. She is the chairman of the board in WRTW-G Holding AS.
Stian Jensen
Board member
Jensen has accepted to take a board member position in Maken Foods AS. Jensen is educated technical engineer. Jensen has extensive experience in the oil industry, both offshore and onshore. Presently engaged with Schlumberger with R&D projects and teaching trainees in the field of cementing.
Geir Gravdal
Board member
Gravdal has accepted to take a board member position in Maken Foods AS. Gravdal is educated technical engineer. Gravdal is R&D mangager with NCC in Norway. He has been a board memeber in NCC and several other organisations and companies.
Ledvin Solvik
Board member
Solvik has accepted to take a board member position in Maiken Foods AS. Solvik is educated in the fields of aquaculture and economy and obtained a degree from Høyskolen i Molde, Norway. Solvik has extensive experience in fish farming, with over 20 years at a managerial level.
